wow, had the 575 gtc tuned and it was running sweet! now if i just don't mess with it and keep up the driving skills tips from the rest of the guys i think i might pull myself out of nearly last place
sorry kenotap had awd issues just prior to the starting and missed the hfay olps. talk about a sting of bad luck
i can't wait to see all the results posted what, feb 3rd?
great driving you guys and thanks for making it out

i think we did better this time.... it will be interesting to see how we end up in the rankings.
next track will take some adjusting for me anyway. it's always a slight learning curve going from one layout to the next.

Track 1 and 2 Lap Times
Hey Guys,
Here are the results for Tracks 1 and 2. I think we did better overall with the second race. Based on the individual TT times on the HFAY site it looks like the upcoming tracks are going to be a little faster.
Enjoy!
EDIT: By the way Ryan/CCSON is kicking butt on the HFAY races.

One More Thing
Here are the results and standings for the two races.
Results
Standings
We will have to make sure that CCSON's tag says CCSON. I submitted his results as Ryan for the first race so he is missing points on those results. If the points get adjusted, he'll have 37 points total, putting him right after the DOW guys in the standings!
I emailed Briankstan about the mix up, hopefully he can straighten it out.

that is precisely why i wanted everyone to have a transponder for each points series. this way there will be no room for error
btw, i got the transponders in the mail today.
for this series i will require everyone to have a transponder just for the hfay olps. if you can not afford the cost or no interest in purchasing one, i will simmply provide one at no cost.
each tranponder will conform to the following format:
(screen name) OLPS

I got everything updated. We need to make sure that the times are sumitted under the same name each race. That is the only way that I can keep thing in order.
thanks

being the first day on this layout i don't think our times were as ood as they could or should be. i am confident that next weekends races will show improvements by all of us.
sorry for the core problems guys. the results will be checked for error and corrected as needed. spoon and i wiwll have to chat with brian and brief him on the issue ut it should be a simply verification process.

I'll bring my video camera next weekend so if the worst happens (more missed laps) at least I can go back a manually count the laps for each car for the A Main races. That way there's less guessing on missed laps. Worst case scenario is that each race takes 30 minutes. It's not the end of the world and we would have an accurate count with documented data.

we got it all worked out today here are some of the things i tried to resolve the issues;
moving the loop
putting more cardboard under the loop
switching versions of software
rearranging wires around the core usb cable
relocating some of the computer devices
in the end what seemed to work was using my new dell inspiron 6000. we didn't notice any missed laps. even the response from the unit and sound files seemed quicker.
results are public knowledge next friday, can't wait to see how we did this month
