We are cutting the entries off at 30. There are only eight spots left!

Conservative schedule for 30 drivers
Super stock class
30 drivers
5 minute qualifying
8 minute mains
Qualifying
10 minutes registration
5 minutes setup
5 minutes q1r1 6 drivers
5 minutes setup
5 minutes q2r1 6 drivers
5 minutes setup
5 minutes q3r1 6 drivers
5 minutes setup
5 minutes q4r1 6 drivers
5 minutes setup
5 minutes q5r1 6 drivers
5 minutes setup
5 minutes q6r1 6 drivers
5 minutes setup
Total time 75 minutes first round
70 minutes all others
Mains
10 minutes setup
8 minutes a main 6 drivers
5 minutes setup
8 minutes b main 5 drivers +bump
5 minutes setup
8 minutes c main 5 drivers +bump
5 minutes setup
8 minutes d main 5 drivers +bump
5 minutes setup
8 minutes e main 5 drivers +bump
5 minutes setup
8 minute f main 5 drivers
Total time 83 minutes
I say this is conservative because there are always the stragglers waiting for peak cells, forgetting to install or change transponders or move them to be clearly seen, not aware there up, gathering around the pc asking for fastest lap, etc. just the usual stuff really but time none the less.
2 rounds of qualifying will run 2:25 minutes, mains 1:28 for a total of 3:53 per class. Other events achieve this by running at least round 1 quals if not round 1+2 on day 1 and last round of quals and mains on day 2. We have 6 hours at best with a 1 hour lunch break form 10am -5pm.
Things can be sped up, but requires folks be on point with preparation to save about 10 minutes per round. The director will need time regardless of how fast the turn around is to work zround, print results, etc. and you have the people change to clear out, backfill marshaling, and stage the next race.

We want six cars per race so it would be 5 + a bump

difference is negligible as your still pushing 5 individual drivers per main with 1 repeat except for last main.

Now thats a proper regional race, 30 drivers WoW!
Beyond social media pics its always nice to see RC racing results posted both as archive and on going promo for new onlookers considering getting involved, a tactic 10th scale has really leveraged successfully from day 1 of internet. Thanks for posting.

I wrote two long write ups on my phone for the race, but due to the token expiring on the reply, they were lost... so short and sweet.
Thanks for hosting the event, thanks for the sponsors, racers, and the tech staff in helping with the show and the media. I cannot put a price on the value of sharing the hobby that I love with others that care for it equally.
See you next race
(Hope this one doesn't time out)

I just watched the B main from Rhyse's POV, that race had me laughing hard... the banter in the race is priceless!
