when i completed the clear chassis and put everything back in i noticed that my wires were being cut by the gears in the front. so i opened the chassis apart to put the wires underneath the gears infront and as soon as i touched them they fell off. this was after i soldered them back on. while i tring to solder them back on the wires from the little motor under the mirco chip fell on as soon as i touched them. f****!!! im soo pissed off. so the soldering is not helpin. how much is another microchip board with wires and everything else if the shop supplies them cause im screwed.
it will just happen again, recomend you find some better wire and re solder it, I use magnet wire, will never break again (wire used to make electro magnets, like inside the motor).

the spots were i try to solder at are like gone the metal ball. my opinion is that i should buy a whole new mircochip board with on/off switch and everything else. how much is that is they hav it
Yes the shop has the PCB set's. I ordered one to go in one of my cars Friday, not a bad price ether ($89.99) from this shop. Just hit the service button above. The wires fit between the chassis and the servo plates on the side, a small place for them to tuck into so they don't get smashed on the top.
On the wire issue, check the OL section I saw a thread on servo wires. An old phone wire may do the job. In an Overland/Monster all the flexing may be a problem, but the MR02 the servo is fixed in relation to the board. The phone wires may be ideal here.
hammerZ that was big big help i dont know how much i can thanx u i can get that money within a month. i had to sacrfice a stock wheel had to cut it off cause my striped wheel nut so i wont be able to ride it for a while or at least till i get some extra money
I have tried phone wire, its worse... coating was stiffere, so it was a constant spring pressuer on the non insolated area of the wire.. the solder joint (the week area that breaks...
solid 24g to 26g mag wire is the perfect size for the front end of the servo thick enough it wont break if u bend it (i tried to break it intentionaly and its not easy to do, I eventualy cut it), and its thin enough to not "spring" the front end up or down.. its soft enough that it flexes with the suspension...
