USB - Serial device driver won't load

I keep trying to install this on my laptop (installs on the main PC fine), but when Windows asks to point to the directory in question (in the XP subdir of the main Core folder), it says it can't find any appropriate drivers.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no dice. Won't let me install the XP drivers from the subdirectory.

We'll be releasing a new software version sometime this week that should fix these problems.

Arch,

Everyone who bought a system from us is automatically added to our email list.
When the next software release is available, you'll get an email.
