Hi, I would like to know if the V2 turbo chip is any good, and does this thing totally replace the stock esc or just augment the stock one. Anyone have pictures of the Ferrari testorossa? Thanks
I just got a V2 in the mail today and I am TRYING to install it as of now. When I connect all the wires as the instructions tell me, the motor goes full throttle even if the car is off.
I wanna get an Eagle Turbo but I heard that soldering is required for turbo'z and is there a change you have to do to the electronics??? Cuz i heard you might burn it out. Can someone please confirm??? I'm learning new things everyday

T-Man: I'm having the same problem with my V2. The motor runs while th controller is off, the motor also hums and the front wheels twitch. Then everything stops when I turn the controller on. I don't understand it either.

that's not a problem man!, that's common to mini-z, and other R/C products (except those with special electronics that returns to neutral when the TX is accidentally turned-off), read the manual, and you will find there that you should turn-on your TX first, then turn-on the car next, and then reverse procedure to turn-off!. don't worry man, nothing is wrong with your car.
That's not the problem. I bet I know what you did. You screwed the red and black motor wires on the circuit board WITH the white and blue wires. Only the white and blue wires should be attached to the circuit board. You should unsolder the wires on the motor and solder on the yellow and red wires from the turbo.
