2010 Race Season
The new sporting regs for the 2010 season of AZGT, F1, ATM, and OCD are up on the Mini-AZ site:
http://www.mini-az.com/downloads.html
(Probably begin in August or September)
Very few changes, mostly tightened up some wording and eased some of the restrictions. For example, you can now change major parts like motor or body during a race, but the car will need to pass a post-race inspection. So if your body explodes, or your chassis splits in half, your not out for the day.
I've reinstated the 'no adjustments' between AZGT Sprint A-B rule that fell through the cracks in '09. However, repairs for damage incurred during the race are exempt. So if you broke, you can fix it. (The real point of the rule was for everyone to stay on track and get to the next round immediately).
The OCD is even more open now including any power source. So LiPo, solar, nuclear, hamster on a wheel, go nuts with innovation.
And the famed 'Legacy PCB' rule has now sunset. All cars must run a 70t motor in AZGT and F1 regardless of FETs.

I'm Baaaack
I think I have given you guys enough time to practice up so I am coming out of mini-z retirement.
Please take it ez on me as I am sure I will be real rusty. I am building a new MR-03 right now and just waiting for all of my goodies to show up. YBSlow Inc. will be making hop-up parts for this car as time goes on so stay tuned.

I wonder if the July HFAY results will be posted before the end of August?

For sure, I will be there next year for sure as well as this October for the Paris Race. Did you race the Moto GP?

Very cool.........I took 4th in 1/10th sedan and got blasted by my teammate and one of my best friends at the start of the 1/8th scale open main. I like that track a lot.
