Ed if your crew is up for it we will be running the BTE at a church here local to Gary's track. Here is the address. If you search it on Google it shows it very well. We will be setting the track up on Friday after work and hope to start racing by 11AM on Saturday the 14th. Stock, Mod, and F1. I hope you all can make it.

The guys seem down with it so far, nice to get more than one roadtrip in a year! So far, seems like Larry, Quinny, Al and maybe Gordon... can't remember if Dave said he could make it or not.

FYI, discussed it with Mike and there will be a Novice class for kids, and well novice racers. lets keep this class to novice only drivers please. being what it is, there is going to be a lot of banging around so no desire to listen to anyone complain about being hit or scratched, etc.

What are the rules for cars? Is it stock rules like we have been using?

not really. for the most part there is a weight limit and motor requirement, all other parts are optional.
you're more than welcome to run the stock car or just drop in the 70t motor you have in the stock car. for the kids, i would just leave them as they are. i'm not changing michaels car. unless you have another chassis to tinker with, i wouldn't mess with your stock car other than maybe changing t plate, springs and 70t motor to suite the track conditions.

Does anyone else have results for the BTE?
I know we didn't get to run it, no room in the winter to setup the bigger track, it doesn't fit in my basement. and it's way to cold outside.

I've gone ahead and processed the times for the BTE, it looks like it was just the 3 groups that ran it. I wish our club could have run to. I guess I need a bigger house.
Great Job everyone.
