Mini-z Drifting Talk @ A&E

Let's talk about setups and overall drifting, I would like to learn more about the art of r/c drifting.

This is what I am going to start with:

Chassis
MA01 ASF
Stock springs and diffs
Kyosho 8mm drift tires

Motor:
X-speed V / Custom S02

Body:
Lancia Delta Rally

I am going to rearch a little more on the subject, hope to contribute soon.
in the meantime feel free to speak

i would go with a torquey motor like the Atomic stock r or the PN speedy. you can try the stock diffs but i would go with ball diffs or play with different viscosity greases in the gear diffs, following as i said in the other thread to have the front end with less diff action to keep drifts controlled but loose enough to have entry steering and be able to transition. good luck.

i'm also in the process of building a drift only ma-010 and will be following this intently.

besides performace upgrades, what light kits offers the best experience? i've seen plenty of fancy blinking sets on drift videos.

what bodies are light kit friendly? it seesm like many of the latest styles are not suitable for light kits.

@arch
I know the DTM audis are light friendly, and so are the lancias (I own both so i looked) anything else I think you can just carefully drill.

I just ordered an atomic light kit, I will post a review in comparison to the Kyosho brand name one.
