To any one that can.. I need close up moderately high res photos or scans, that are not too blurry, as long as I can see it its ok I need both sides of the Mini-Z Circuit board... I have a few reasons.. but primarily to see if this thing of mine is soldered correctly... I can see a few places that might have bare wires touching things that should not, like the servo chip area etc... So pictures from more then one is required... I need 3 or 4 people to do this... but DO NOT risk breaking your wires just to get me a picture... if you have an already damaged board or you happen to have it out of the chassis then it would be less of a risk.
This could potentialy be a TWITCH cause in all of our servos.. this would definatly cause it... what I see at least. This could also lead to a possible fix. I want to compare it with as many as I can
before I go claiming mine is fubar, and all of them might be.
And. those with out photo ability...
In the servo chip area, there are two 8 legged chips, the ones red and black wires are soldered too. How many of the "legs" are the black and red wires soldered too on your Z boards?
I cant realy see based on the messy solder if they are all connecting to one big area of the board or what... so it might not even matter.
Thnx

Are there any instructions on how to open my Mini-Z?? Sure, I'll take some pics for you but I don't really feel like breaking wires/thin solders or frying my ESC...
just break out the instruction manual. on the last page, there's an exploded view, and thats how to put it back together. just be sure to TAKE OUT THE BATTERIES!!! a little hint: if this is the first time you do this, put the screws on the corresponding picture (of the screw) in the manual. this way, you know what goes where when you reassemble it.

The conclusion was that my primary theory was wrong, there is no problem with the servo solder wire, however if it touching and not touching changed the resistance amount that "could" cause twitching... but its not as bad as I thought all the legs of that side of the chip solder to the same link on the PCB.
