Kyosho MA-01 Set Up Thread

How about this guys? To the guys that race the MA-01 competitively at your local RCP track post your set ups here for others to try, I know there is alot of different factor that the set up you posted here might not work on others track but you can just get an general idea of what people are running. I'm not sure if there is a MA-01 set up sheet existed so how about we do something like this? Please post if there is a set up sheet for the MA-01.

Drive - ATM Ball Diff Loose
Wheel offset - 0
Tire - Stock AWD Tires

Special notes - Both front wheels are double Shimmed, 3Racing Alum. CVDs

Rear:

Toe - 0.5
Camber - 0 Alloy 3Racing
Spring - Soft (Black) 3Racing
Lowering spacer - None
Spring spacer - None
Drive - Ball Diff a bit tighter than factory settings
Wheel offset - 0
Tire - Stock AWD Tires

Camber - 1* (Kyosho plastic)
Spring - stock
Lowering spacer - 1 lowering spacer on bottom
Spring spacer - none
Drive - stock diff w/ 50,000 wt diff grease
Wheel offset - 2.5mm (Narrow) (less than suggested 3.5 for 360GTC)
Tire - Kyosho 20 slicks (semi-wide)

Special notes - 3Racing CVDs/Swing-Shafts (only because my stock one broke)

Rear:

Toe - stock
Camber - 0* (plastic stock)
Spring - stock
Lowering spacer - 1 lowering spacer on bottom

Wheelbase - 98(extension kit)
Motor - pn speedy 05 BB(from mr02)

Front:

Toe - 0
Camber - 1
Spring - atomic red(soft)
Lowering spacer - ...
Spring spacer - ...
Drive - ball diff atomic
Wheel offset - +1.5 narrow(should be 2.5 wrong wheels)
Tire - 30 atomic competition

Special notes - pn upper deck + camber knuckles for minimum friction

Rear:

Toe - 1
Camber - 1
Spring - atomic red(soft)
Lowering spacer -
Spring spacer -
Drive - ball diff atomic
Wheel offset - +0.5 wide(wrong wheels, should be +3.5 or 4)
Tire - 20 atomic competition

mmm... hard to say but fairly loose on the front and the rear in that way if you block the rear wheels that the diff slips when you give 'full' throttle.

i think about 50% in the front and about 75% in the back, if you tighten the front diff harder then you get more oversteer and vice versa !
