Core software question and transponders

First let me say that the Core system has worked great for us so far. Only minor problem seems to be sometimes I can't get someone to scan in but I can flip the car over and it reads just fine. It will then count just fine during the race. All transponders are in the same place, under the front hood on 18th scales. This is minor though.
My real question is this. For the first time I had multiple heats in 18th scale. I was not sure how to seperate the heats into 2 groups. And once done properly I,ll assume the system will orginize them properly for the mains.

Also I am needing more trasnsponders desperatetly. I have tried contacting core but it seems to be slow. We have our big race coming up in a couple of weeks and need them allready. If Core reads this email me at tmorris@moibilityplustx.com so we can make arrangments. Thanks in advance for any help from anyone.
