Yes, this is true. We set up a very large RCP track, today at the Rialto, California store, for the big PN racing event this weekend. The shop currently has an ozite racing carpet surface with wood rails. The RCP surface was a great upgrade to the track, since our custom groomed tiles offered better traction than the racing ozite and the soft side rails were a blessing to those who were use to wood rail impacts.

See track picture below. Also you go here http://mini-zracer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14950 for a race video on the track.

The trick to that is to "stay off the walls!"

unfortunetly, because it isn't in the "stock car" theme, I cannot race this car on Mondays. BUT I had a blast with it tonight!

This shows the king pin going through the suspension plate with the MR02 front spacer and also the GPM MR01 damper.

Thumbs down Week 2

Congrats to Phil on the win tonight ........good job ..........as for myself finishing second was good but i still need to do my home work and tone the oval skills with the little cars...my personel opinion is that the track is too small for 7 cars but thats racin and i'll have to get better in the traffic jams or slow my car down, see everyone next monday night !.............Big Dave the Intimadator #3

just wanted to give everyone an update for those who were wondering where I was last monday night.
My REAL car kicked the bucket last week (2001 Kia Optima) So I sold it for whatever I could get for it. and spent last week gathering funds and credit from all different institutions to buy a new one.
Well, Thursday I bought a 2005 Black Honda Civic VP. Its nothing really special. I love the car. Its an Auto 117 hp, yet its geared for some pretty good torque and acceleration off a dead start. I get 40 MPG which was another main reason why I bought it. So to make a long story short, Ive had little time to finish any videos of the first CP cup racing series. I have raw footage I might just release on RCpics. I am setting up an account with them now. I ll try and get everyone something good soon.
I hope. AND most importantly I ll be back racing this monday. Can't wait to go flipping off the track again.
