hehe, we've got a cat who likes to visit. it lives next door and seems to enjoy the attention it gets from us.
one day it was here and had been lounging about on my bed while i was tinkering with my mini-z installing an x-speed.. of course i just had to test it (the motor).
the cat was curious at first, but the sound of the motor revving seemed to disturb it so it hopped off the bed and walked into the hallway. that was its first mistake lol.. i couldnt resist giving chase, and so after a couple quick bursts of the throttle i was chasing the cat down the hallway
needless to say we had no visiting cat for a few days, and even now its wary of my bedroom hehe :P

I've chased the cats in the neighborhood with both my Z and my Micro(s). They want to eat the Z, but when the Micro comes at them, they scram... the micro wants to eat the cat! LOL.
We also have a nice kitty that comes to watch the micro and the z's every time I'm out there. He's an R/C addicted cat!

My cat is 14 years old and I bought my first mini R/C 14 years ago too! So it surely is used to it and I will NEVER be able to chase it.
What happens in fact is that it waits on the top of a couch, making me forget where it stands. After some rounds in my living room, when I'm satisfied with the timings I can make the cat suddenly ATTACKS, running from its hiding place, jumps four legs full on the car roof and vanish in the kitchen...
Sometimes because my reflex are not as good as these from my cat, I loose the control and the car smashes full speed to a furniture When the cat has done this 4 or 5 times it just comes by and lies down in the middle of the track, blocking it and trying to catch the car with its claws... If ever the car is ending upside down, it loose interest and go to its couch for a sleep Thats my cat...

Will do! I just met Mauka Runner in Honolulu today (traded some Z bodies) and it would be kewl to meet someone in Atlanta (been there several times the last two years!).
BTW, the cat seemed to be mostly ignoring you... kinda like, "You ain't gonna catch me running on FILM!" LOL.

*idea*
Why don't you put on a suit and duck INTO the conference?
Hehe, just bring your Z in one pocket, and your KoPropo in the other, and find some unused conference room and sit on the table doing laps of the oval carpet around it!

Jeffery,
You need to get a micro RC sub. Someone on TinyRC.com spotted them.
That'll show them fish
