Liquid Electrical Tape? (Good Idea?!)

Any one ever use this stuff for any type of application? Think this would be a good idea to strengthen or protect the Mini-Z wires, motor terminals, antenna (paint the whole thing), or motor capacitor leads etc.. the works...

I will amend that and say Radio shack has it cheaper, and lots of color variety... and if it dries hard like i think it does. (never used it) it might be good for blobbing over the solder points of the wires on the circut board... to keep them from loosing wire strands as easily, reinforce them a little. As well as keep the cheep copper wire from being exposed to the air and corode into a dark colored ugly mess.

I've used 3 brands, Starbrite, Loctite, Tool Dip (I think).

Used Starbrite, what micromark is selling, on marine electrical connections to seal and insulate from moisture.

Used the loctite black rubber sealant on automotive wiring for the same results.

Have also used liquid rubber sealant, Tool Dip, for color coding and electrically insulating metal tool handles.

Any of these would probably suffice and be a good antennae covering, exposed connector or solder joint insulator.
