i personally owned one myself so i can give u guys some info...

It has rear suspension, front is plastic flex as stated above...its powered by a 1 cell lipo plus a very tiny motor...smaller than the micro T.

Its EXTREMELY LIGHT...hence its pretty nimble and the motor can power this car at the 22km speeds no prob,it has a small plastic ring that u paste underneath the chassis that serves as a roll bar in case it rolls.

The sponge tires are pretty much tamiya 4wdish tires which provide a fair amount of grip on wooden floor. runs best on carpet or RCP.

You charge it with a portable charger powered by 4 AA batteries....the controller is a pretty tiny 2.4 ghz transsmitter powered by 2 AAAs...charge time around 15 mins and provides around 20 mins of run time depending on how aggressive u drive it.

the wing and body are made of pretty thin lexan, the wing is pasted on the chassis via double sided tape and the body is secured by velcro, you will have to remove the body to reveal the charge port.

The transmitter itself can be paired with up to 20 buggies and operate them simultaneously.

It comes partially disassembled out of the box,u will get a
1.fully assembled chassis with wheels
2.sponge tires
3.wing and body
4.transmitter and portable charger
5.custom stickers and double sided tape
6.instruction phanlet

speed wise its pretty much like a stock micro T.... but be warned though u wont be able to replace any of its parts once its broke though...I broke mine a long time ago...

Oh I see...I thought there was a way of hacking the original electronics of the Tomy Takara Gx to work with KT-18.

I got 3 of the AirHogs equivalent last year ($15 each!!). Only mods I did was install some Tamiya mini 4wd bodies on them (Fox Mini w/ gold rims and Dash-1 Emperor w/ white rims). I should post some pics when I get around to it.

Check it out!

The Emperor (white) body hasn't been attached since it's a bit tricky (and I tend to lose interest fast). I prefer not to permanently alter the chassis in case I felt like reinstalling the original one on.

Here's how the Mini Fox body is mounted:

The Tamiya 1/32 Mini Fox body is long out of production and is quite rare, luckily, a local hobby shop acquired a bunch of knock-offs, but they're long gone now, should've bought more
