after 10-15 laps I was able to dial in the steering and throttle and such. The servo moves quite a bit. I put a little double sided tire tape but that didn't help much. Needs to be a bit thicker.
They say the aluminum servo holder helps a lot. I just ordered one I'll tell u if it works should have it in a couple days

My servo broke on the first lap. Any ideas on a quality substitute?
I m using Futaba S3154, sizewise its a direct fit, its plastic gear, i only broke the gear once after using it about 4 months now but thats because i was testing the car without the body. Just make sure you are not using excessive front wheel offset so that the wheels are not protuding beyond the fender. Some of my friends are using Savox metal gear servo, they are durable however its not a direct fit, need modification of the servo mount and its a tight fit between the servo and the motor endbell.

For triple security and rigidity, i m using the alum mount, double sided strong acrylic tape and longer screws to mount the servo to the chassis. No more wondering during the straight after that.
