Charging/discharging cells

Just a few quick questions
i have this charger, http://www.hobbypartz.com/thac6smbachw.html , and a pn v2 charge tray. i also have the wurks 990mah batts.

should i charge them on .9a or just 1a.

also my charger has a built in discharge mode can i use the same charging tray to discharge the cells or do i need a discharge tray also

1 ampere is good. 0.9 ampere will give you longer lasting life battery (not that easily damaged)

it's recommended to have separate discharging tray, since this kind of discharger might discharge the battery unevenly (cell 1 might be on 0.9 voltage, cell 2 might be on 0.2 voltage) so if you want to make your battery last longer use the discharging tray.
