Squat CF chassis

I know someone has probably said asked this before, but can anyone help me out with some english instructions for the Squat CF chassis? I can read japanese (a bit) but I still don't know what most of the words mean.

Right. I'm getting on O.K., but where exactly do these two bits go? Also, do you use the triangle shaped spacer between the chassis and the H-plate?, and what is the best way to mount the on/off switch? Nice one!

top piece is what holds the bottom of the kingpins.

bottom piece on your photo secures the pcb, it is like a crossbar over the pcb. I did not put this piece in.

I hope that helps some. Let me know if you need photos.

Poordoc,

I've got two of the top pieces, one with four holes (which I used to secure the kingpins at the bottom) and one with two. I guessed just after I last posted about the other bit. I've got a bit further now but I seem to have run out of screws and if the instructions are right I don't have enough nuts either. Also, where do the plastic screws go?, what about the on/off switch mount?, what about the h-plate spacer? One more thing, the knuckles don't seem to be able to turn very much, how do I resolve this?
Thanks for helping me out!

ok, from the bottom chasis and up,

the one with two holes goes directly on top of the chasis then the one with four holes directly on top of that.

I believe the plastic clear screw is what holds the thin small piece to the upper chasis.

See my above link about how to fix the steering knukles.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for all the help, it's all together now, I've just got to shave a bit from the other side of the knuckles as the wheels are very slightly rubbing on the arches. I also found that if you use the clear plastic tray that comes with the DIY Squat battery holder with a 4 battery pack you can slide the tray ever so slightly under the steering servo to hold everything in place nice and snugly. I also used a spare CF plate from an anti-roll bar set to mount the switch (with some double sided tape) on one of the holes for the cross-bar piece. I'll post some photos shortly.
