That's silly. I don't see why Atomic doesn't open it up to allow any Atomic tire. While other Atomic compounds are not necessarily competitive on RCP, at least they are driveable.

Z408 - I know you're just stuck in the middle of this. Not directing any of this at you.

So the Canada Atomic race start 40 drivers, but in the main final only 10 drivers left.

Was this due to the tires Phil? I do agree that it is silly to attempt to run a tire that sucks, but I guess it will take a bit more tweaking to get it to be driveable and everyone will have to do it the same. It is sad that Atomic can be so narrow minded just because they use handout tires in Hong Kong and Taiwan on predominantly carpet surfaces (where the tires are great). I will try to make the best of it...

I think he means that there was 40 sign-ups, but people got frustrated and at the end of the race there was only 10 left racing. probably due to the poor tire choice...

New Handout Tire Info

It looks like we have some good news regarding the handout tire situation. F1 class as before can use any tire combination. Stock 2WD class will use Front (AR143); Rear (AR146). Mod 2WD will use Front (AR143); any rear. Mod AWD will use Front (AR143); any rear.

Good luck to all, see you at the track.

Z_408 - AWESOME development! Thanks for driving this one home with Atomic! It had to be a tough spot for you, but I think that this is a great compromise.
