Here is the finalized version of the AZGT Season IV Sporting Regulations. Its mostly just cleanup. The series is the same.
(The “AZGT III” thread will still be updated with the final Season III info).
I reorganized the manual into sort of two parts. The first part is the specific regs for this series. The second part is the “General Regulations”. These are the regs which are common to all our series and are listed in each of the manuals.
Some of the first part is common to the three series as well, but there are differences so they needed to be in the series specific stuff.
Again, its written to be thorough so the Race Director (be it me or someone at a club elsewhere) doesn't have to make up a rule on-the-fly during a race.
The first non-points test-running of the AZGT series will be at DJ's on November 24th, with the series starting in January.

I was just looking through all of the finalized rules, and would like to propose a change based on the scoring system..
For all of the qualifying, can we use a standard 10 laps. ie:
F1 would use 10 lap KO rounds.
ATM would use one 10 lap qualifier to determine the fastest laps.
AZGT would use 10 laps for each car to qualify alone.
We could use the November race as a trial. I have this schedule inmind..
9:30 Track Set-up
10:00 Open Practice AZGT and ATM
11:00 Open Practice for F1
11:30 Start Qualifying F1, ATM, AZGT - 10 Laps
12:30 Start ATM Stage I immediately followed by ATM Stage II - 5 minutes
1:00 Start AZGT Sprint 1 immediately followed by AZGT Sprint 2 - 5 minutes
1:30 Start F1 Main - 1 Hour
2:45 Start ATM Main - 15 Minutes
3:15 Start AZGT Main - 10 Minutes
3:30 Cleanup
I can run the 10 lap runs and keep track of qualifying on paper, then set the Heats and Mains as needed. The problem is mixing of the Laps and Minutes in the same program, but we can work around it..
Updated version of the regulations. This is Ver 4.1.
(Adjustments and battery changes may be done anytime during a race by pitting).

--- Further defined the tire size limits to accommodate the new LM cars
--- Changed points to match ATM Sprint-A
--- Grid by points or random if no points scored

--- Setup changes allowed after race. No battery change Sprint-B
--- Grid by 'A' finish order
--- 5min race
--- Setup and battery changes allowed after race Sprint-C
--- Grid by reverse of 'B' finish order
--- 10min race
AZGT Petit and Le Mans
--- Qualifying eliminated
--- Further defined the tire size limits to accommodate the new LM cars
