Another bridge concept that I thought would be a low cost simple idea... but aparently the clear display risers that inspired this idea are flipping expensive! So this is a not so budget idea... but it is simple and wold work on mini and standard tiles. But if they can be aquired direct from source in bulk maybe not so expensive?!

Update the Expansion Pack for the Mini-96
I am currently looking to purchase a Mini-96, and have been drawing up tracks for my garage already.. I drew up a track that will fit in 7x17 and it takes up every tile of the Mini-96 and most of one side of the garage. I started adding the expansion pack and found that I barely use the extra blank tiles.. I really just want the back straight and the area coming onto it wider than the rest..
With the addition of your new mini pieces, I would love to see an expansion set with less blank tiles and include some of the new stuff.. Currently you get 36 blanks and 24 straights.. Maybe a new product could be 20 straights, 20 blanks, 5 inside curves, 5 outside curbs, some 45s and a large radius corner to finish it off...
Do you have any idea how you will package the new pieces? I am really intersted as I am planning on what to purchase soon..
Thanks.

We are looking into having a store added to the RCP Tracks website that would allow customers to purchase individual tiles and rails at retail pricing. If they needed a complete kit, you would still need to purchase from mini-zracer or one of our distributors/dealers.

That's fantastic, for those that need to replace a tile or add a few elements. I look forward to it.

I second that! This would be awesome for those of us that may have a specific layout in mind, but are just a few tiles short.
I say go for it, I don't think you will regret it.
And as long as I'm here, I just want to say Thanks! to RCP. They are what all companies (large or small) should strive to be like!

Well...
Just looking to get an update. I saw that there are some new tiles available for the mini 96, but was wondering if I should keep holding my breath for the 50 cm 30 deg turns.

How about some WRC rally type track peices? Meaning some snow and dirt effect? Not sure how you would do that, other than dieing or painting it white on a slippery surface. BUt that might be fun. Include some bumps and jumps, chicanes, and what not.
