i am really intersested in the performance of Mini-ZRacer.com Deluxe Ceramic Ball Diff Set - Gun Metal !

plz just a short review...for the price it sounds like the best,but no pic.

i would suggest getting ball bearings (mzr dry bearing) before anything else. these alone will improve run time and to a small degree speed.

I'll give you your review, but I want to first say that I agree getting bearings should be a higher priority. That being said...

The Mini-Zracer.com diff is simply better than my Topcad diff. Much smoother and quieter. My Topcad diff always had this sound and feel to it from the first time I used it. It's hard to describe, but the best description I can think of is "smooth kachunky". It wasn't a lube related sound, it was lubed frequently. The Mzr.com diff on the other hand, seemed smooth as silk from the get go. I've gone through about 8 battery(750mah) charges and it still seems as smooth. It's been run largely on smooth concrete at this point(tennis courts to be exact) and really makes the car behave very well at high speeds compared to the Topcad diff.

It helped get my car "there", the Topcad did not. At least, I have no plans to try another diff at this point. And the gunmetal looks really nice if you like that color, which I do...
