I was looking at the Axial SCX24 options and they are all the typical sparse offerings you would expect of lexan. The Autoscale is one of the defining characteristics that keeps in the Mini-Z line so hi hopes for future releases.

Kyosho america has these on their website. $320. I think they look awesome, but that price is staggering. Is it 3 times better than the Axial 1/24? The Autoscale is awesome, but there are almost unlimited awesome crawler bodies available if you are willing to build your own from a 1/24 model. They do not take the impact like a racer body, so the thinner plastic of all the plastic models should last. I would love to get one of these, but I don't see myself doing it at that price. It is to bad, they seem like a really well designed model.

Yeah, i'm with you on that one. 191% increase over your next competitor is a non-starter in my opinion. Running a club in a retail store, it's just a non-starter. you simply will not even get to the point where you discuss issues like quality etc. as there is no real justification for that % increase.

The Axial 2 1/10 scale Honcho is about the same price at Amain. Traxxis TS4 sport is in the same range as well.

I believe $320 is the retail, and these will be priced at $199 to consumers, so about $10 more than FWD and AWD Readysets and $15 more than RWD Readysets. $320 would be astronomically ridiculous imo!

I hope you are right. I just read on one of the crawler forums about this and they were claiming 225. Still a bit steep but we will see. Hopefully some youtubers do comparisons with the Axial. I would imagine the Kyosho has better fit and finish, and it definitely looks better.

It is weird that the wheels appear to attach with Phillips head screws instead of wheel nuts.

Love the scale body. Much detail that you don't see on typical RC crawlers. Wouldn't expect anything less coming from Kyosho. Will take her out on the rocks for a full review soon.

How do I post pictures? Using link from another site to store them, but the link won't load the picture on hear.

Either the link to the source has been copied incorrectly or the source alters the link such that you cannot use to share. Most image hosting sites do not allow reporting of images. Try opening the image in a new tab by itself and use that url.

I entered the link called "direct link" and it worked. Thanks for the help.

Check out link below to some pictures of my 103 acres in Colorado. A crawlers dream. Getting another 12" today to add to the 2 feet yesterday of snow. Anxious to get the Kyosho crawler on the dry rocks.

Looks amazing! Although I'd gladly crawl inside and go ski touring while the snow was around! I actually think the thing I would like best about this rig is crawling the clutter on my desk. Amain put out a nice video review. And they are listing it at $199. I am wondering if the aftermarket will start to roll out. It looks awfully bouncy in the footage I've seen. I wonder if the oil shock sets for the MIni Z buggies would fit?

The AMain hobbies video is the best review I've seen thus far.

FYI, if your retail shop is looking for online presence, these types of reviews are great. I know a lot of retail stores that are still only using online media as posterboards if you will, which is a shame.
