Question concerning Autoscale Bodies...

When you order an autoscale body like the Hummer H1 from the shop here, does it come with the matching wheels that would be on the kit?

Thank for the quick response. I guess I'll order the H1 to replace my G55 that went onto the Monster.

I'll keep that in mind.

One more thing...

Will the Kyosho High Grip MT tires fit on the stock Hummer wheels?

The left is the kyosho MT and the right are the stock. You should look at the gpm wides. they are a fuzz taller and a lot wider. You have to get the wide rims to match. They are made for the overland not the racer. Or you could wait untill RCM has his next batch of tires ready for sale and get the goodyear trackers or the Super U's

Or you could use racer rims and atv tires off a diecast kit at walmart for something like this

Im not saying the Kyosho MT is not a good tire....But I was dissapointed when the arrived at my house.

Thanks a lot. I just looked at RCM's site and he has the trackers in stock. I'll pick those up and get some wide racer rear wheels? correct?

THats correct. I use wide racer wheels all around. You will have to buy 2 sets to get 4 wide wheels. (Unless you getthem from RCM)

GOOD lUCK

badco.- if your getting an h1, don't overlook the lego tires. they are cheap and work very well in dirt. they might not have the scale perfrection of trackers or the like but a good alternative none the less.
profile shot
action shot
you can see more in my hummer album

oh, the h1 wheels are pooh, in my opinion. go with some nice racer wheels

Or you can go with Super Swampers. Attached is a link of my red H1 with stock tires and low down shocks next to my desert yellow H1 with super swampers and oil shocks. The second link compares some stock tires, Tamiya model tires, and super swamper model tires.
