Car Body Question

I have a question regarding the fitting of car bodies on a chassis.

I own a 360 Modena at the moment but I ordered 2 bodies and was wondering if they would fit on 360 Modena chassis.

First body was from a company in Hong Kong...it was a non-kyosho body, had a carbon fiber looking hood...this company sells a ton of the same car, all diff colors but with carbon fiber hood. I ordered one but after I ordered it, I got to thinking about whether it would fit that Modena chassis.

The other one I ordered is the Nissan Skyline GT-R KPGC10, which I was happy to find wasn't entirely impossible to locate (although the blue one seems to be)....anywho, I am somewhat more worried about this one fitting the Modena chassis. Now correct me if I am wrong, did I read that the Modena chassis is wide? I thought I did, thats why I am a bit worried.

Okay, last question, I promise...If in fact the Modena chassis will not fit either one of these two bodies, what should be my next step? Do I have to purchase a whole new chassis just for these other bodies?

Thanks in advance for the kind help I am sure to receive.

CHASIS IS ADJUSTABLE WIDE MEANS WIDE WHEEL BASE BUT ALL BODIES AND WHEELS WILL FIT A CHASIS BUT THE COMBINATION MAY NOT LIKE WIDE WHEELS NARROW BODY.JUST MOVE YOUR H-PLATE FORWARD TO FIT THE SKYLINE ...AND LEAVE IT IN THE BACK FOR THE MODENA AND THE OTHER BODY. THE SKYLINE IS THE MIDDLE SETTING

I think u are ordering MiniPower body. Please remind that the body doesn't include any rims so your 360 rims maybe too wide for them. Furthermore, if you are ordering 206 or Beetle body, you have to change your chassis to be high mounted, take a look of your manual for details on high mount type.

With regaurd to your question:

You can take a dremel to the rear wheel wells if you really want to run wide rears. If you do, take your time, don't rush it or it will look like junk. I have the original kyosho Skyline body and shaved it to run wide NSX rears. I only recomend this if you use the body for racing and are using the stock ride height. As for your non-kyosho body, it only likes working with stock ride height and narrow tires. I have the MR2-GTR body and use it for racing in stock class only. My modified chassis wouldn't allow enough clerance for the front wheels to turn with these body's as well as some Kyosho body kits (Ferrari F40).
If your going to race, the NSX is the best body hands down. The CLK does well also. They both have the best handiling characteristics and give you the most freedom when modifing your chassis.
Check WestF1's pictures for my NSX,MR2, and the Honda S2000 that kicked his ass last weekend.
Also the KYO Skyline GTR is a long wheelbase not medium as in one of your replies states.
