DH, 7 days is not unusual for Canadian Airmail - it seems to be hit and miss, sometimes it takes 3-4 days, sometimes more like 3 weeks. Please let us know if it doesn't arrive soon - thanks!
Actually its canada customs that tends to be hit and miss or it could be the contracted carrier who takes it to your house on behalf of the US postal service and or Canada Post. Purolator is particularily useless at this service in BC anyway.

Reason: missed word
Well your first clue should be shipping from the US up into Canada, once it hits the border who knows which mule train it went on........
....and mad at who? Your own mail service?
Thanks DBR - unfortunately it's not always easy for customers to appreciate the difference between our expedious order handling and the postal services' often disappointing performance. We're always looking for ways to improve international shipping, so please feel free to offer your feedback and ideas!
thx for telling me this i'm not amd at anyone i jsut wanted to kno when theyd come because this is my first time orderin online
