So, I am always frustrated when I try to switch springs or clean or resand my disc damper. It is always a hassle. The post always unscrews from the bottom instead of the top when I try to loosen the top screw. I wish it was reverse threaded on the bottom so it wouldn't come loose when you unscrew the top screw. I always have to grab the lower flange with a pair of needle nose pliers to get the top screw out. Although the flange is not part of the sliding surface, it still gets all marked up. Does anyone have a better trick to deal with this issue?
I realize it is not really a big deal, but on the other hand some of you have a lot more skill and experience than I do. Thanks for the help!
