Look for screwdrivers from Hudy, Wiha and other companies that make metric or numbered tips. Typically you will need a 000 for the screws that attach the board to the chassis as well as the servo motor hold down screws. the rest will use a 0 or 00 tip. You will also find that when re installing screws if you apply downward pressure and turn the screw to the left until you either feel or hear it drop into the existing threads you will save a great deal of money on replacing bits due to stripped holes since every time you just run the self tapping screw in it tends to cut new threads. Always be sure to tighten screws to snug instead of tight so as not to strip holes. Quality tools are a very important aspect of the hobby at this scale since everything is so small.
I bought a small Stanley yellow set of screwdrivers at my local hardware store. They were about $6. There is one that fits well. Most of the guys at my track switch them all over to button head allen screws from PN.

Do you have a part number for the PN screws? I can't seem to find button heads in the mini z size.
I took that stanley screw driver set and grinded the tip on the largest one to make it a little flatter and it does not strip the screws at all and have held up for over year.
