Does anyone know if this part http://mini-zracer.com/shop/product.php?pid=479 will work with my Powerline ball differential. The part is a top cad spur gear. What are the differences between the top cad spur and the powerline? Does anyone know how many teeth both of those gears have?
Does the GPM delrin and alloy pinion gears come with two pinion gears, one delrin and one aluminum? Or is it one pinion gear that has both aluminum and delrin? How well do these pinion gears hold up compared to the stock pinions? I'm really tired of having to replace my stock pinion gears ofton because the teeth bend or stip. Thanks!

It has a metal sleeve with plastic gear teeth. Looks like this:

Oh, I see. How does it hold up compared to the stock plastic pieces? I want someone to make a all aluminum pinion, but that might chew up your spur gear faster. Idontknow, I'm just tired of replacing my pinion gears so often .
HPI micro rs4 offers the aluminum (i've also seen titanium, metal) pinion's w/ set screw. They seem about the same size as the mini z pinion and even offer higher Teeth for more top end speed.
Thanks for the help, I think I'll try one of the micro rs4 aluminum pinion gears. Any one have any ideas about fitting the top cad spur on a powerline ball diff?
