We aren't getting the huge turnout that we should be but it's still fun. I know a couple of people I can harass to come out but even some of the younger regulars haven't been by in the last two weeks.

I know it takes a while so we'll just keep running.

Maybe, but it's really not that much. Stampy used to charge $5 a race and he didn't even give out prizes...but then again, Stampy doesn't have a shop anymore. and you're right...it is f'dindaA.

By the way Ben, I cycled those Walmart AAA's and ran them in my Nelly's AWD last night, they seem to have a decent runtime and pretty steady too. I don't know how the initial punch compares to the intellects but they seem to be decent batteries.

One thing though is that they all tested at about 800 mAh. pbbbt...on whatever liars are branding those batteries. For $5 I think they're a good deal.

Sweetness...I guess I need to get me one of them fancy ass chargers you gots. Im is gonna have to look it up. I wonder if one could make a discharger themselves. I mean better than taking a motor and hooking a battery to it till it dies.

I think that you could make one but it would be easier, faster and cheaper to get the PN racing discharger.

I had the plans all built up at one point for making a discharger but just the parts would have been close to the cost of buying one new...Then the DC Spec charger came up on Amazon and that's what I use now.

Here's a pic
It's about $24 I think.

How fast do the LaCross ones charge? Hour? Two?

edit: n/m I see that you can select the output. I think one of these along with my 15 minute for the quick juice up, would be a nice set up.
