That body should work just fine. I don't have the JR128-R01, and I've only seen one in person once, but they have an adjustable wheelbase from 98 mm to 102 mm, so your wheelbase should be good, and they have Kyosho compatible front body mounts. Mini Z bodies come in different wheelbase and widths, so you might need to get different wheels with more offset, the Audi is a very wide and stable handling body. The offsets you listed are for the Kyosho 4wd cars, and there is a very good chance they will not be correct for yours. Try the body on with the wheels you have and go from there. You want to make sure the wheels don't rub, and don't stick out of the wheel wells (they will catch on other cars and the track rails.) The Audi is one of my favorite bodies, so I hope it works out for you. Good luck!
