I take it chucky isn't $50+ interested in it...I don't blame him. I'll still watch it just to see if techno snipes the two guys who have been bidding it up though.

I know what you mean about holding off...atomic mods had a motul 350z and a grey second gen RX-7 for $25 a piece, but with spoon bringing back goods and an Airtronics MX-A on the way, I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger. C'est la vie.

I'd be happy to buy it from you, but you still need one to display and one to drift, no? I'd hate to see you bash up the Initial D body...

my cousin has my other initial d fc rx7 so i'm not worried about this one. besides, it's not likely to get much abuse drifting

btw, i ordered 20awg sillicone wire. this should be thinner than the 18awg i have now. i bought 10 ft so it should be enough to make wires for everyone/anyone who wants it.

it was a bit small and quiet this weekend. only 4 of us. it was great to see kenontap again!

i had no pratice on the large track and it showed. i was all over the place.

open was fun but frustrating for me anyway. i need much more practice with the pro-z. soy and the ringer were both running the vds for the open class so i might just switch to the pn pan car instead of the pro-z for the open class.

spec bodyh/motor, i broke 3 knuckles on the rails due to increased speeds i already ordered alloy knucnkles for repalcements. i had to trim down the throttle to about 50% to get it under control. we all like the atomic standard motor so it was a good choice especially for the larger track.

sold the compaq f1 to bill and will have my new ferrari shipped monday i hope. already ordered the new ball diff, alloy knuckles and tie rod although i think i'll hold off instgalling them at first. we postponded the f1 class since there was only 2 cars to fill the grid this time.

i'll post the results later

we rand the d

Kind of cool to see the longer lap times and lower lap counts. I didn't see any reports of Core troubles so that's nice.

I should be able to shake off the jetlag and install a couple of new bits in time for the GTG.

I'll be posting some updates of my trip here over the next couple of days.

the lav is the same thing as the buggy only different tires, wheel caps, suspension brackets, oil shocks and body ofcourse. i like it alot however i need to diagnose a drivetrain problem.

i'll emial you a link to where i got the wire. i don't recall the name offhand. i just got 10ft of 20awg which should be easier to move around damper mounts than the 18awg stuff i had before.

our club pushes on.... kenontap has a limited schedule, chuckyluv is moving, etc. clubs are like any other group which ebbs and flows. we were excited at having 2 new people but htey never showed. 2 more regulars would certainly make qualifiers and mains much easier to run and more talent to challenge.
