or break it down into two classes,
"anything goes as long as you retain teh mini-z electronics"
and

I dont see how the body would realy matter that much, in making it fair not fair, if your afraid to use a body for damage sake dont use it... as for one body rule, I doubt any one will change in the middle of a race... just a waste of lap time. Inbetween heats, not realy that big of a deal if some one changes a body.
As for having a special body race, it would just be a race using the rules above, with special bodies... I dont feel it warrents an entire class.

I would think that if your in a higher level mini-z mod class your driving would be up to par with the mods? no?
But driver skill classes...not sure on this..

Well should there be enough mini-z owners trying to join the race, a qualifying session would determine the skills... and thus divide them off in however many there is per race. So basicly skill would be a cross catagory... thus a pro might be driving in the box-stock... if theres enough pros and rookies they would be divided into a pro race and a rookie race... if not an OPEN class would be created for anyone there... or maybe an open class even if there is a rook and pro.. have 3.. for those too lazy to qualify, just dont cry when a pro whoops yoru ass, or a rookie is driving the wrong way! hehe.

in my case, "wrcracer finishes" class i think sub-classes based on skill would be the best, as i am the worst mini-z driver EVER. also, drac, in your mod class, are turbos allowed? i know you said mod motors (which pretty much necessitates a turbo...), but i was just checkin

What about the use of modified/ carbon H-plates?
I see you've mentioned them in box class, butnowhere else...
I personally would see them in the sub-mod class

Demolition Derby????
How about a Demolition/Last man driving class. Six cars enter one leaves kinda deal. Think of it as a supermodified megadestruction class or just a cheesy pull of Thunderdome but hey it would be fun. It would of course have to be driven by those who are interested in actually bashing it out because cat and mouse in a demo derby would be kinda lame.

I agree I think each class should divided into two different groups. But do we really need a Subclass?

The rules in the class above apply to the class below.... basicly the classes, are the level were a given part is allowed, any class above that its still allowed... so basicly I would need to stay NO STOCK Motor in the higher classes --
So basicly we wuld have to divide into, Class of Car, and Class of Driver and occationaly a fun race, with humor bodies and various other things, so a 3rd class of Race for unofficialy times.
