My question to you is are you having that as a class for your big race next month.??

I think the plan is to run Box Stock, 86-90MM, HFAY, Mod, and trucks. Noon start and finish around 7-7:30. No trophies and no race fee, just $15 per person to fund the lunch for everyone.

Updated graphics in early posts. Just waiting for final truck rules to post graphics for that class.

Sounds like a lot of racing.

Each class run qualifiers then main, and move on to next class? Like last time...

Provided we keep it all moving, it shouldn't be an issue.

assumes:
10-12 drivers per class
two 5 minute qualifiers (average 5-6 per session, 2 sessions) = 20 minutes
three 10 minute mains (4-5 per main average) = 30 minutes
5 minute breaks between races (7 breaks) = 35 minutes
1 class = 1hr 30min, rounding up.
5 classes = 8hrs, rounding up.

Some classes are going to have less drivers than others and less races, some more. There are bound to be longer breaks as is normal for events. There are bound to be the unanticipated snafu's. It may be a bit ambitious and can play it by ear depending on participation levels for each class to decide if all classes are warranted and or length/quantity of qualifying/mains. I'll wait for the call on that from the guys at the garage. Not many are jumping in here...

Can we get a role call of who is planning on coming? We are just over two weeks away. Just picked up a spiral baked ham.

What is your drive time down to Apopka? If reasonable, I might have to drive up for an event next year.

Do we have a finalized list of classes being run? Time to start dusting off the cars to prepare.

Are any of the out of town guys coming on Friday to practice?
How many guys are coming from out of town?

The plan is to run 5 classes.
1) box stock
2) HFAY
3) 86-90mm wheel base
4) Mod
5) Trucks

Track will open at 8AM. Lunch starts at 11AM. Racing starts at noon.
