It might be a bit too far south but they race Mini-Z's every Friday night at the HobbyTown in Orland Park IL.
Some of the core guys that race there also host their own events about two times a month in the warehouse of a business out in Romeoville, IL. If you're interested let me know and can get more info for you.
Very interested! Looking to get " in the know" with these little guys. Come from 1/10 scalers and long time into slot racing, searching for a happy medium and have been told mini z is the way to go. Any info would be great and much appreciated.

Thanx in advance,

If you ran 1/10 scale R/C Cars and also Slot Cars this is definitely the happy medium. You can tunes these cars like any other scale On Road car and get a similar racing experience, but it's much less expensive compared to 1/10 and 1/12.
I'm not sure if the rules for the forum allow me to post information for anything outside the site so I'll PM you the info just to be safe.
This is my favorite forum so I certainly don't want to risk being banned! lol
