DasMikro ASF MR03 clone PCB - chase mode?

I recently installed one of these in an old MR02 chassis. Works great. I'm using an EX-1 UR with 901sm module.

I have an MR03 Sport, and to get that one in tiki tiki mode, you just use the KT-19 controller, and put it in reverse when you turn it on.

I've read with the old ASF MR03 boards, you just held down the pairing button to use tiki tiki.

I can't figure out how to enable this setting in this DasMikro board, as I don't have a KT-18 controller, and holding the button down didn't work. Any ideas?

Also, I keep reading about programming a 3rd channel on my Tx to trigger the "boost". Not sure how to do that.

TIA!

that is not tiki-tiki/chase mode, for the FHS sports series that is training mode in which the overall speed is reduced. FHS sports series do not have tiki-tiki/chase mode.

Just curious, how are these clone boards working out? Can you run a transponder off the board like a true ASF Kyosho board? I'm having a hard time finding a Kyosho board that is not a ridiculous price.

I have a couple and all work fine. One even still manages to have a 'buzzy' servo which is not unusual, even for Kyosho boards. Yes, it powers a transponder.

Wow, fast reply! Thank you! How are the FETs? Can they handle 40 or 50T motors?
