I trick I picked up years ago with lexan bodies is that i mask the windows off, then I lightly scuff the body, minus the window areas then shoot the body with clear Krylon paint, let drt then shoot what ever type of paint you want on it. the Krylon bonds to the body then the paint you shoot bonds to the Krylon paint. It helps to stop the flaking of the paint off the body. For an example I just sold a TC3 to a friend, and thru in some old (7) year boides I had for him to practice with, even after he has thrased the bodies the majority of the paint is still on it. Even after 25 mph plus crashes. Oh the paint is starting to come off now LOL but hey it works!

But Arch they are right stick to one maybe 2 colors, it is reall simple, and dont forget - - you paint them INSIDE !!!

You have GOT to post the body once it's done!. What car are you going to make? Custom or a NASCAR replica?

Let's just say it was one of the most popular schemes.

Blackno3,
i noticed your auction Item number: 5929663139

i'm curious to see what a pre-assembled kit goes for. f1's are only going to get more expensive with the newer models

Arch2b I put one there to see what I can get for a pre-assembled kit. We don’t sell them pre-assembled at are shop but if a new customer needs help were always here for them. It may be the only one I ever put to auction depending on the price I get. It takes me well over an hour to do one.

It’s ready to go painted and decaled.

WOW, fully finished... that's a great price, a real steal if the bidding doesn't go higher
