Club in Washington, DC area?

I believe there was a thread recently about a club in the DC area.

Is the club still active?
If so, where does it meet?
What class of cars do you race?

I would to hear from any of the members.

we have been elevated to our own subsection within the tracks forum. feel free to post there

i own the track and it's open today if your interested. i believe chuckyluv will be coming. i did not get a 100% confirmation and i have not heard from anyone else on the mailing list.

we run basically whatever you bring. i have a timing system so we can do actual races.

so far we all prettyc much have xmods, iwavers, mini-z racers/overlands/monsters, cp cup cars etc, etc. even xray m18's

what is late to you? i'm usually down on the track till about 10pm or so.

i'd love for you to run the new and improved overland trail i spent countless hours building

oh, i also added a sandpaper burnout pad so you can pull in and spin out for a second to clean the tires in the pit lane.

an off/on ramp was added to the pitlane as well so when you run off the track you can simply drive it back on.

Next Steps

Arch 2b,

I looked through the threads and couldn't find directions. How can I get there?

Also, do you have any Mini-Z's you might be interested in selling?

email me and i can give you directions and add you to the mailing list.

lets figure out when chucky can coem and we'll go from there. i spent alot of time working on the track and i'll be damned if it will go unused this weekend.

i may just have one, lets wait till you get here or email as this is not the place for such transactions

i am very hopeful you can make it though. since byebye left our numbers have dropped by 3 what makes having a track so fun is sharing it with others. not to mention the only way to get better at racing is to actually race others. god know i jumped up a couple notches in skill by following byebye.

what rc's do you have btw?

are either of you on msn or aim?
