The idea behind the axles is that it gives you a much needed platform to build your own scale 4x4 vehicle or micro rock crawler. For the longest time people have used axles from 1/43 SSMT's which quality wise suck but scale wise looked decent for 1/24th scale.
hopefully they build them strong with worm gears.

Do you have a picture of the chassis? I would love to have one of this 1/24 crowlers to play at my desk at my lunch break...
Where can I buy get more info about that?
thats great news, i heard something a while back but i didnt theyd done anything about it since... as long as it stays affordable, these things will launch themselves off the shelves.
richard- you could use it on an ma010 if you really did want to, and fancied going extremely custom- there would be 0 benefit from it though haha.
I want to know more about the overall size and the price point. The price is the big issue here, as RC4WD is known for some high dollar parts. They are good quality but you pay for that. I love my clodbusters but I have seen alot of them that run as much on the parts bill as a good ATV.
At the same time I built many 4X4 model kits wishing I can drive it over the junk on my desk when I am done.
