i have a few extra bucks from working this summer and i don't feel like buying more mini-z parts, so i set out to find something new. i am thinking about a micro rs4 but like anyone i have a few questions first and i can tell by the "Micro RS4s Rock" thread that alot you you have them. First off, i know you can change the width for different cars, so which cars take the widest wheelbase? Also if i get one it will probably be RTR, and i wanted to know how the stock esc that comes with the RTR stack up. also which motors can it take? thanks for your help
you might want to stay away from the RTR as you may be like usual rc car'er who wants to upgrade motors and run more cells because the esc will hold you back. b

Skyline Kit
spy speedo
team orion u-power chassis
team orion elite mod motor
hpi ball bearing diff
hitec radio and receiver
TO 9t pinion
I love it and would not hesitate to buy one
but thereare some things I want to tell you
Do not buy the elite mod unless you want to strip a lot of gears on the diff the shaft is too short and its hard to put the pinion gear on tight just a few hours ago I just ruind mt spur gear

nice setup i would like to have something like that but i am alittle short on cash at the time so the plan is to get a RTR and get used to the car stock, then we i get money upgrade to rechargable batteries and other goodies

I have an Elite mod on one of mine and I have never stripped a gear...hmmm
#2 Ratzas Pan Chasis
6-cell
Team Orion Elite mod
standard servo
Titanium universals
AVM wheels
Ti rear axle
HPI Ball diff
HPI front one-way
Futaba MC230CR
Novak XXL
I have at least 19 bodies painted and unpainted so I won't list
The one thing I will warn you about is that if you decide to go with a motor other than stock and/or more batteries, you might want to consider steel or alloy universals as the stock ones will break at first acceleration
