Season 1 Event 1 of our local point series, 2/9/08
We now have our first event of our local point series behind us. I had a blast. The large track we ran was a lot of fun. Doing the 1 hour endurance race was also a nice change. I did upload 1 picture of the track for those who would want it. Unfortunately my camera took really poor pictures. You can check the layout here:

So far we have only used the HFAY OLPS rules. You can check them out here:
At the beginning of the month we race our local point series (4 Months in lenght). We just make up a track for that. We use RCP's modular track system. We have somewhere around 5 Wide L's, 60 blank tiles, 4 inside corner kits and a 45 degree kit.
At the end of the month we race the HFAY OLPS. These tracks are made up of 2 wide L's.
We have a permanent spot setup in the basement of the old Ameren/IP headquarters. The address is 500 South 27th Street, Decatur Il, 62521. You should enter through the rear (east) entrance, the front is locked. It is a huge building so there will be signs telling you where to find us. You can email me at pinwc4 (at) flipsidehobbies.com if you want more contact info such as my cell number. Let me know if you decide to join us one evening so I know to look out for you. It can be easy to get lost at the building.
