Here is a picture of my work in progress Rally Xmod evo. The wheels are from the Xmod trucks. It has stage 2 motor, lithium and bearings. Please excuse the hacked up front end, I took this picture when I was testing it, the fenders need to be glued back on (I had to remove the screws for them as they were hitting the wheel).
I took this Xmod in some dirt and it really works! Runs easily on tons of surfaces, also, the bigger wheels make this thing really move outside especially on the road as the big wheels smooth the ride significantly.
Man, I would, but I got that mini-z MA-010. I just can't seem to bring myself to spend money on my xmod instead of my Lancia Delta mini-z. I have a feeling soon I will be spending way to much on alloy parts becuase I'm about to graduate from college and get a real job.
Anyhow, the "rally" Xmod received serious damage to its body today. I was taking it on a sidewalk about 25mph or so and I wanted to launch it into a dirt pathway that was kinda adjacent to it. When I was turning, the front bumper caught the edge of the sidewalk and sent the poor Xmod flying. It ripped the front bumper clear off and I had to search for like 15 minutes for the headlights. I don't have another front clip so as of now its kinda cosmetically disabled. Unfortunately this was right after I fixed the fender problem . The car is fine though...durable little things.
LOL, I need a new bumper and a new clip. The car also needs new fenders but thats just cosmetic. This cars front end got destroyed. I will send you a PM.
cool car! i have pretty much the same thing but i used stock truck wheels. You might want to consider that as they fit better on an xmod body with some shaving and still allow suspension travel. i also have the suspension lift on the car. youll get more power and more traction and flip less with stock truck wheels.

Great Idea. I will do that. This thing flips like crazy.
