am F1 to 2.4 Board

Okay TGR has an F1 that we want to convert over to 2.4 for an upcoming event
Does anyone know if a 2.4 board for an MR-02 will fit/mount properly in
the F1 Chassis which currently has an AM Board installed???

Mike

the 2.4 board form the 02 will fit without a problem. you might need to extend some of the wires, especially the switch wire, maybe the servo motor and pot wires as well. I can't remember if they are long enough.

you'll need to make some clearance for the 3 wires coming from the pot as the AM car only has 2 wires, but it will fit.

Okay Brian Thanks
Im not worried about the wiring, I was worried about the physical size of the
board refitting inside on the F1Chassis
I'll let you know how we make out if we don't get washed away in
tomorrows storms!
Thanks!

I have the longer VE brushless board mounted in a clear MF-010 chassis without any fitment issues.
