Question MR03 gyro.

Hi all.
Anyone own a gyro equipped MR03 chassis?
I've recently fitted a gyro in mine and the gyro doesn't seem to have a particularly strong effect. Not as strong as the gyro in my MA020 awd chassis anyway.
Also, I've always understood there to be two specific types of gyro, RWD and AWD (different part numbers anyway) but, I've tried the gyro I got for my MR03 in my MA020 (awd) chassis and it seems to work exactly the same as the one that came pre-fitted in the awd chassis.
Any thoughts?

Thanks guys.

You can change the amount of gain on both the steering and throtle with the ICS programmer.

I personally use an X-Power dnano gyro in my 03 and I don't think there is any different between gyro parts numbers except perhaps the cable length. Like KWT said, it is probably all in the board.

Ah, thank you for pointing me in the direction of Xpower. I'm fairly new to the Mini Z world and hadn't come across them yet.
They also do an ICS cable i see. Anyone used one? A good alternative to the Kyosho ics lead?
Thanks.

Look around the forum here for the DIY bleutooth version. It will cost you 10$ to make. Works perfectly.

Good luck.

I have used it with the Kyosho program. The flipside one didn't work because it wanted 2 com ports and it only uses one.
