What is the safest method to test motor?

What's the best way to test the motor whether it's suitable to be use in MZ with stacked FET?

I think if u wanted to test the safest way would be in steps:

first run without anything (not conected to diff)

second try and connect the diff but hold the car in air (no resitance)

third place in on the floor and try it out....

but I must warn you that even with these steps if the motor is too strong it will fry fets...but by doing this you can ssee if it is too strong beofre doing any permenent damage...
