My apologies, the HS 50 is the one I used it is much faster. I never noticed lag. Theoretically a longer wire will delay transmission, I think for this application, that is marginal. When I used it I didn't notice lag.

My new servo just arrive, im bought hitec hs-50 because its appear to be a lot faster than hs-55. Its super fast, improving my corner speed and cornering precision, my lap time is far more better. But it seems to be a little more lag than the standard servo, which make it little bit hard to control in the straight line, have you experienced the same thing?

It seems the cable is about 7 times longer then the iwaver servo, is that things is the cause?

Oh i see.. Me myself try to limit the upgrade, im sure it will cost much. I think upgrading servo is the only thing i want right now, other else feels so good for me. I ve read about mini z is worth more then iwaver, but since theres only iwaver dealer in local hobbyshop at my town, nothing i can do. What is the significant performance differences between iwaver and mini z? Beside the steering servo of course.
If I feel i waver is already good, I wonder what i will feel when driving mini z

Hello Cherub1m, i ve read some of your post about iwaver and see you've improved a lot your iwaver.
I just bought iwaver 02M and it feels so awesome. But beyond the awesomeness of iwaver, i feel the steering little bit slow to response. This is my first propo RC though. Does change the servo will solve the problem? If so, is there any servo you recommended below 20$?

    Thank you

Thanks George. I tried to use the reflective media of a blank CD did not work well, I even tried a mirror which worked but that proved very dangerous with my kids running around on the track.

Hope you make it to the next bracket racing this Sat. I am planning on coming if all goes well.

    Thanks again
    Philip
