I saw the previous thread asking about the shipping delays for RCP track orders from MiniZ. In that thread it was stated that the typical shipping is 3 days after an order processes.
I placed an order for some 30mm pieces on the night of 4/15, after hours. I received a notice on 4/24 that it was shipped, and the estimated delivery for FedEX is 4/29.
Should it really take a week or longer for the in stock orders to ship?
Can you send me the city your order is shipping or the last name on the order, so I can research the timeline that we received the PO until it shipped. You can PM me the info or by email if you don't want to post it here.

I received information from our 3rd party shipper regarding your order. They were having issues in the warehouse finding the 30cm finish line sets. With them not being able to find the finishline sets, they held onto the order. They should have shipped the items that were in stock right away and then shipped the finish line sets later. I instructed them to do so going forward for any similar issues. The in stock items shipped out on the 23rd and according to fedex, won't arrive until the 29th, due to the distance from our warehouse to you location. The 30cm finish line sets are now in stock, so that order will be shipping out to you shortly. Sorry for the delay in your order. As mentioned in my previous posts, our 3rd party shipper usually gets orders processed and shipped out within 3 days from receiving the PO. I checked the other distributor orders from last week and all were shipped within 2 days, so hopefully your delay is not a pattern.
I understand when we use to ship from the RCP warehouse, orders would go out within a 24 hour period. Some would go out the same day. We had to switch to a 3rd party shipper due to the high costs of shipping. We get a much better deal to ship the tracks with them, as before. If we didn't ship through a 3rd party, the cost of the tracks to our distributors and dealers would have increased, which would have increased the price to the customer. The down side is it takes a little longer to get your orders, but the price stays the same.
So you're also saying that the shipment that is coming to me on the 29th is only a partial order? I wasn't told that before and didn't receive any notice of a backorder. All products were listed as in stock when I placed the order.
The 30cm finish line prints have always been "In Stock". We currently warehouse all our products at our 3rd party shipping companies warehouse in La Mirada, California. The company in La Mirada could not find the product, as it was mistakenly stocked in another location in the warehouse. They warehouse many other products in addition to RCP. They just didn't keep me in the loop on the problem finding the product. The 30cm finish line print boxes were found and will be arriving on a separate delivery than your other items that are coming to you on the 29th.
Sorry for the delay and confussion on our part. This was in no way the shop's fault from this site. I am taking all the blame.
