Thanks Okabe! I've set up ZRound as follows:

Car 1: 6 (Dojo)
Car 2: 14 (Mini-Z)
Car 3: 22 (Okabe)
Car 4: 8 (YoYo-Pete)
Car 5: 11 (Bryan)
Car 6: ?? (Chuck)

While we should be covered, assuming Chuck brings/still has his, please bring yours anyway if you're not on the above list in case of failures, forgetfulness, etc. Thanks!

Spear transmitters and cars are expected if available.
I'm going to bring my chargers, Mini-Zs as well.
Do I need to bring my chair and workbench?
In case of rain, what should we do?

I only have 1 chair.

Deca "may" come but I got his approval to use his transponder (I just have to remember to grab it). Maybe I can borrow his camp chair too.

I cant find my battery charger power cable. Hope it turns up tonight (I moved since I last used it).

Will bring "cool" cars to set around and "wow" the children with.

Is the Air Display using the android app? (What's it called, I wiped my phone and dont have it anymore)

We have spare "fronts" and "rears" in the "NASCAR Parts Bin" - the "fronts" are basically an entire MR-015 NASCAR with wheels and everything from the H-plate back removed, and the "rears" are the LM pods that we use on these cars w/ motor, diff, etc. - basically we have enough to create a few spare cars, but we don't have assembled cars that we could just drop on the track in the event of catastrophic damage etc. Honestly it would probably be a good idea to create one or two from these parts if we have time before the race starts...! In the past it's been rare for all 6 cars to race at once - I think during the hottest times in fact we did 3 at a time so the other 3 could cool off. But I like what you're thinking here...!

If you would like to bring your own workspace, that would be great - you can just work away without kids bugging you etc. like last year - except more comfortably! Or, we have a big table that should fit everyone just fine too.

Coo. Even if you can't find PS, bring the unit in case mine explodes or something - redundancy w/b a good thing. Please also bring paint pens if easy, w/b helpful for marking stuff etc. (e.g. duplicate chargers, batteries to prevent mix-ups).

Yes, for sure bring cool cars - thanks for pointing that out - we usual display/demo our cars so people can see what's possible etc. ...

Yes, this is the Android version, though the one I've used at the Dojo before was iOS - they have both now and you can use the same PC app to drive either!

Reminder to wear Dojo Polos if you've got them; and if you haven't - LMK, because you'll have earned one by helping out w/ this event!

We will be sure to get your guys taken care of; just let us know size and what name you want (typically forum name, but not sure if you guys want "Okabe" or "BT" etc.)...!

I will take a medium with BT on it. Please keep it both capital letters since I am kind of a big deal.

Will do on the polos! I did not set up the track this AM, just dropped it off, since the ground is wet/in case it got rained on. I think we'll have plenty of time to set it up though, and we could even re-work to fit under E-Z Ups etc. in theory...?
